Ribbed or jersey — what's the difference for buyers?

Ribbed (1x1/2x1) gives a closer, more structured undershirt fit; single jersey drapes looser, closer to a casual tank. We can knit either.

Can vests be ordered to match a T-shirt or shorts line?

What's the lead time for a vest order?

60-75 days from confirmed order and approved sample.

Can I get a sample first?

What fabric are your vests and tank tops?

We knit 1×1 and 2×1 rib (roughly 160–220 GSM) for fitted undershirts and athletic tanks, and single jersey (roughly 140–180 GSM) for looser casual tanks. Cotton/elastane blends add stretch for athleisure styles.

Can vests be made to match a t-shirt or shorts line?

Yes. Vests are knitted in the same yarn and colourway as your tees or shorts so co-ordinated basics sets match exactly.

Vest & tank top fabric options

Vests and tank tops are knitted in 1×1 or 2×1 rib, or single jersey, in cotton and blended yarns. Rib (roughly 160–220 GSM) conforms closely to the body for a fitted undershirt or athletic tank; single jersey (roughly 140–180 GSM) gives a looser, casual tank.

For athletic and athleisure tanks, a cotton/elastane blend (around 5% elastane) adds stretch and recovery. Because we knit to order, construction, GSM and blend are set to your brief.

How we make it

Our process — from fabric to delivery

Fabric knitted to order

We knit single jersey, interlock, piqué, loopback terry and 2-/3-thread fleece fresh for each order — not cut from stock — so GSM, yarn and blend match your brief.

Cutting & stitching

Garments are cut to your size set and stitched in-house, with construction (set-in, drop-shoulder, flat-seam) chosen to suit the product and fit block.

Prints, embroidery & labels

Screen, DTG and embroidery are applied in-house, with woven or printed neck labels, size tabs, care labels and hangtags in your branding.

Quality checking

Garments are checked through production and before packing for measurement, colour and finish consistency across the order.

Packing & worldwide delivery

Retail-ready polybagging, folding, boxing and barcoding, then export from Karachi to the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Japan and the Middle East — with GSP+ duty-free access to the EU.
