Knit Shorts
Our knit shorts are made in single jersey for lightweight casual and sports styles, or fleece for heavier loungewear shorts, with an elasticated waistband and optional drawcord and side pockets. A common private-label move is ordering shorts in the same fabric and colourway as a T-shirt or vest line to sell as a coordinated set.
Made to your spec: inseam length, pocket placement, contrast panels, prints and labelling.
Knit shorts fabric & GSM options
Knit shorts are made in single jersey (roughly 140–200 GSM) for lightweight casual and sports styles, or 2-/3-thread fleece (roughly 260–340 GSM) for heavier loungewear and sweat shorts, in cotton and blended yarns.
Because we knit to order, GSM, yarn and blend are set to your brief — and shorts are commonly ordered in the same fabric and colourway as a T-shirt, vest or hoodie line to sell as a co-ordinated set.

Our process — from fabric to delivery
Fabric knitted to order
We knit single jersey, interlock, piqué, loopback terry and 2-/3-thread fleece fresh for each order — not cut from stock — so GSM, yarn and blend match your brief.
Cutting & stitching
Garments are cut to your size set and stitched in-house, with construction (set-in, drop-shoulder, flat-seam) chosen to suit the product and fit block.
Prints, embroidery & labels
Screen, DTG and embroidery are applied in-house, with woven or printed neck labels, size tabs, care labels and hangtags in your branding.
Quality checking
Garments are checked through production and before packing for measurement, colour and finish consistency across the order.
Packing & worldwide delivery
Retail-ready polybagging, folding, boxing and barcoding, then export from Karachi to the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Japan and the Middle East — with GSP+ duty-free access to the EU.
