As a custom sweatshirt manufacturer, we knit crewneck and hooded sweatshirts in 2-thread and 3-thread fleece in cotton and blended yarns, with ribbed neck, cuffs and hem for a clean, durable finish. We work with private-label sweatshirt brands and as a sweatshirt wholesale supplier.

Fabric & GSM options for sweatshirts
Sweatshirt fabric is knitted in-house in 2-thread and 3-thread fleece, typically 260–340 GSM, from combed and carded cotton, CVC and poly-cotton blends. Lighter 260–280 GSM fleece suits transitional and summer-weight ranges; heavier 300–340 GSM gives structure and warmth for winter and premium streetwear.
Because we knit to order, GSM, yarn count and blend are all set to your brief. Fleece can be brushed for a soft inner face or left loopback for a cleaner, lighter finish.

Our process — from fabric to delivery
Fabric knitted to order
We knit single jersey, interlock, piqué, loopback terry and 2-/3-thread fleece fresh for each order — not cut from stock — so GSM, yarn and blend match your brief.
Cutting & stitching
Garments are cut to your size set and stitched in-house, with construction (set-in, drop-shoulder, flat-seam) chosen to suit the product and fit block.
Prints, embroidery & labels
Screen, DTG and embroidery are applied in-house, with woven or printed neck labels, size tabs, care labels and hangtags in your branding.
Quality checking
Garments are checked through production and before packing for measurement, colour and finish consistency across the order.
Packing & worldwide delivery
Retail-ready polybagging, folding, boxing and barcoding, then export from Karachi to the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Japan and the Middle East — with GSP+ duty-free access to the EU.
