What is the minimum order for custom kids and baby clothing?

Our minimum is 200 kg of fabric per colour. Because children's garments use less fabric per piece, that covers a larger piece count across your size range — we confirm exact quantities against your tech pack.

What fabrics do you use for baby clothing?

We knit soft combed-cotton single jersey and interlock, typically 150–200 GSM, chosen for a gentle hand-feel and durability, with flat seams and secure snap plackets suited to babywear.

Do you manufacture private-label and OEM kids clothing?

Yes. We produce childrenswear under your brand only — your labels, hangtags and packaging — to your fabric, colour and sizing spec, for retail, wholesale and private-label buyers.

Can you produce co-ordinated kids sets?

Yes. Tops and bottoms and two-piece sets are knitted in the same fabric and colour batch so they match exactly, with co-ordinated trims and packaging.

What is the lead time for a kids clothing order?

Typically 60–75 days from confirmed order and approved sample, since fabric is knitted fresh to order.

How we make it

Our process — from fabric to delivery

Fabric knitted to order

We knit single jersey, interlock, piqué, loopback terry and 2-/3-thread fleece fresh for each order — not cut from stock — so GSM, yarn and blend match your brief.

Cutting & stitching

Garments are cut to your size set and stitched in-house, with construction (set-in, drop-shoulder, flat-seam) chosen to suit the product and fit block.

Prints, embroidery & labels

Screen, DTG and embroidery are applied in-house, with woven or printed neck labels, size tabs, care labels and hangtags in your branding.

Quality checking

Garments are checked through production and before packing for measurement, colour and finish consistency across the order.

Packing & worldwide delivery

Retail-ready polybagging, folding, boxing and barcoding, then export from Karachi to the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Japan and the Middle East — with GSP+ duty-free access to the EU.
